Will this work with my theme?
Yes. ZS PreSell uses a Shopify theme app extension: switch on its app embed in the theme editor and it replaces Add to cart on campaign products. It works with Online Store 2.0 themes without code changes.
How do pre-orders show up in my orders?
Pre-orders are added with Shopify's pre-order selling plan, so they go through your normal checkout and arrive as pre-orders. Each line also carries a visible "Pre-order" label saying when it ships, on the cart, checkout and order.
Can I customize the button text and colors?
Yes. Per campaign you set the button text and message, badge, colours and an optional countdown, with a live preview in the admin before you save. Extra styles and animations come with Starter and Pro.
What happens when a product comes back in stock?
Open the Notify list in the app and click Notify to send each waiting customer a back-in-stock email that links straight to the product. You can also export the list as CSV for your own email tool.
Is there a free plan?
Yes. The Free plan covers up to 3 campaigns and 5 products, with all three modes included. Paid plans remove the limits and add analytics and more design options, each with a 7-day free trial.
Does it work on mobile?
Yes. The storefront widget is fully responsive and touch-friendly, and the admin works on mobile through the Shopify mobile app.
