ZS PreSell & Back In Stock provides merchants with tools to manage pre-orders, coming soon products, and customer notifications within Shopify stores.
You are responsible for maintaining accurate store data, complying with Shopify policies, and ensuring your use of the app does not violate any laws or third-party rights.
You must maintain the security of your Shopify account. We are not responsible for unauthorized access caused by weak credentials or negligence.
All payments are processed through Shopify billing systems. Subscription fees are billed on a recurring basis unless cancelled before renewal.
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including loss of revenue, data, or business interruption caused by use of the app.
We aim to provide uninterrupted service but do not guarantee 100% uptime. Maintenance or technical issues may temporarily affect availability.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if any misuse, fraud, or violation of terms is detected.
We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the app means you accept the updated terms.
